This class is done with half of the time spent on the bike and half doing body toning/strength exercises using hand weights, bands, balls and/or TRX.
Based on the classical principles of Joseph Pilates and is open to all levels. Occasionally small apparatus is utilized including Pilates Sticks, Magic Circles, balls, bands, and/or one's own bodyweight.
Interval style workout- expect to be surprised! It may be HIIT, it may be Tabata, it may be PLYOGA! No matter what, you're going to sweat!
Vinyasa style flow to increase strength and flexibility. Open to all levels of practice.
